REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

Items shipped from iPhone Accessory Shop can be returned within 14 days from the day the customer receives the goods. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Please contact us  before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

14 DAYS PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can claim following the procedure outlined below.

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  2. iPhone Accessory Shop will review the claim and contact you if additional information is needed to support the claim.
  3. Once approved, iPhone Accessory Shop will refund or resend the item.

WILL I NEED TO SEND ITEM BACK TO IPHONE ACCESSORY SHOP?   

Yes. When we ask you to return the product, we will discuss with you the most cost-effective way to return shipped goods to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your refund once we have received and checked the product.

Do not ship items to us without discussing with us or your refund will not be processed.

 

 RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

iPhone Accessory Shop reserves the right to define, limit solely, refuse, and reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • Irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, iPhone Accessory Shop reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-iPhone Accessory Shop items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

WARDROBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which an iPhone Accessory Shop Customer’s return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobingus. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refe service going forward. While we never want to reject an iPhone Accessory Shop product, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all iPhone Accessory Shop customers across the globe.

RETURN BY MAIL

Please include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unused & unaltered.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 2-4 weeks after approval and a refund will be provided to you in form of store credit or amount will be directly refunded to your original method of payment. Contact us to choose mode of refund. Refund amount covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. iPhone Accessory Shop does not credit original shipping charges.
